How do you connect an online store to Rivilė?

Through Rivilė’s interface for external systems or, where that is not available, through file exchange. We agree which data moves which way: orders, invoices, stock, prices.

Can orders and invoices reach our accounting automatically?

Yes. That is the most common integration we build: the order, invoice and stock change reach accounting without anyone retyping them.

What is an API integration, and why would we need one?

An API is the way one system lets another read and write its data. An integration uses it to move data on its own, so your team stops copying it.

Which systems can you connect?

Any system with an API or a data export: e-commerce platforms, CRMs, accounting, couriers and payment providers. Without an API, we look at file exchange or other options.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent also acts: it reads email, updates the CRM or prepares a document, and asks a person to approve the steps that matter.

Is it safe to give AI agents access to company data?

We design agents so that sensitive steps need a person’s approval, give them only the access the task needs, and decide with you where your data is processed.
