How do you price a custom system?

We split the system into modules and estimate each one in hours, including design, testing and project management. You see every line before you approve.

How long does it take to build a business system?

It depends on the modules. The estimate gives hours per module and the order we build them in, so you see working parts at every milestone.

Can the system connect to our accounting or CRM?

Yes. Any system with an API or a data export can be connected, and the estimate lists each connection separately.

Can we start small and grow later?

Who owns the code?
